We have a group project with pages from ComicLife made on Mac. Now we want to print a book of the collection for every member.
The print shop needs a big PDF of ALL pages sent to them for low-cost handling.
Being a non-profit, we have $0 for buying new computer tools. How can we assemble a PDF for the printer and the Macs we have now?

Looks like there is a way to export your pages to images:
from the Files->Export->Export As Image
and there are options to pick high resolution image if desired
(see attached screen shot:

).

A simple work flow is to get each page out as a high-resolution image and have OpenOffice (http://download.openoffice.org/other.html#en-US) to do the book assembly. Then Export a gigantic PDF from OpenOffice for the Print Shop. Any basic Home PC can do all of that with the OpenOffice.
